PAST EXPERIENCES CAN STILL SHAPE HOW YOU FEEL AND CONNECT
You may feel guarded, easily activated, disconnected, or stuck in relationship patterns you understand intellectually but struggle to change. At Active Mindset Co., we offer in-person therapy for trauma and attachment healing in Pflugerville, Texas, as well as virtual therapy for clients located in Texas, Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Washington state.

You second-guess every decision
Changes in tone or behavior trigger a strong reaction
You keep the peace by ignoring your own needs
Here’s what we’ll do together
THERAPY for TRAUMA & ATTACHMENT HEALING
Healing doesn’t require blaming the past or revisiting experiences before you feel ready.
Trauma and attachment patterns can shape how you respond to conflict, closeness, uncertainty, and difficult emotions. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences influenced your beliefs, coping patterns, and protective responses while building tools to regulate emotions and feel more grounded when triggers or memories arise.
Our work may include recognizing people-pleasing, withdrawal, defensiveness, or overfunctioning; practicing vulnerability, trust, and healthier boundaries; and challenging shame and self-blame. Trauma and attachment work is about understanding how you learned to protect yourself and creating more choices for how you want to live and connect now.
TRAUMA & ATTACHMENT THERAPY CAN HELP YOU:
01
Feel less anxious and overwhelmed.
02
Stop overthinking every decision.
03
Create routines that feel realistic and supportive.
04
Feel more present in their life and relationships.
